Seven Days of Self-Love

I love my ability to see the beauty in everything. I was able to see beauty in the struggle and light in some of my darkest times. So I will say my strength is one of the things I love most about myself. It takes strength to conquer battles, overcome obstacles, become successful, and to remain peaceful. I think everything requires some sort of strength. I’m resilient!

I love my smile. I smile when I’m feeling my best and force myself to smile in the mirror when I’m feeling low. Something about smiling makes me feel as if everything is ok.

I love my confidence. I love that I now have the confidence and the courage to do things that I once was afraid of.

I love that I’m compassionate. I have a good heart and I always want to make sure that everyone is well and prospering. If it’s someone I love, I’d give them the world even if it costs me my peace, which is sometimes my downfall as well.

Positive Affirmations

“Its up to you to find beauty in the ugliest days.”

“I am in charge of how I feel and today I am choosing happiness!”

“Revive your light. Manifest your dreams. Realize your worth.”

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that.” Martin Luther King Jr.

  1. I’m so excited to do this and start today. I definitely haven’t worked on self love lately so this will definitely help me focus on me. Thank you for the encouragement queen and teaching that self love is the first love.

  3. This blog is so timely. A time when I need to take a step back and re-evaluate everything. I am honestly having a hard time answering the question. I spend so much time criticizing myself that I forget to spend time admiring the things I love about myself. So off the top of my head, one thing that I love about myself is the ability to persevere through the worse-case scenarios of life. I will definitely be spending the next days deep diving into this question. xoxo
